Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on bestyshape.com, operated by BestyShape.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping times

Estimated delivery is 5 to 12 business days after processing, depending on destination and carrier. These are estimates, not guarantees, and actual times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or high-volume periods. If we cannot ship within the time stated, or within 30 days where no time is stated, we will notify you and offer the option of a revised date or a full refund, consistent with applicable law.

Shipping rates

Shipping cost, if any, is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided once your order ships. Please allow time for tracking to update after dispatch.

Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Reshipment to a corrected address may require an additional shipping charge.

Customs, duties, and taxes (international)

For orders shipped outside the United States, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are beyond our control.

Lost, delayed, or stolen packages

Once tracking shows delivery, the package is considered delivered. If a package is lost in transit or shows no movement for an extended period, contact us at Bestyshape@proton.me and we will help open a claim with the carrier where possible. We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will assist where we can.

Split shipments

Orders with multiple items may ship separately and arrive at different times at no extra cost to you.
